✴ What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads

✴ When will my order be ready to ship?

All in stock art is shipped within 3 business days.

✴ Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! You can select the “Custom Create Your Own Framed Crystal Grid” option. Once your order has been placed, I’ll reach out to discuss all the magical details.

✴ Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! All crystal grids are created with hand-drawn sacred geometry, intuitively placed crystals and signed mantra labels. Each grid is also cleared and charged under the light of the moon and infused with Reiki.

✴ Are all your pieces one of a kind?

Most grids are created once, and once only. Even popular grids such as the Love grid are different each time one is made, ensuring each one is unique. There are a few exceptions which include my series. The series pieces (such as the Goddess & Archangels series) I keep consistent so the recipient can know what to expect. That being said the crystal size and shape will still vary slightly from piece to piece.
